E-wallet deposits are processed in near real time. hk77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or public holidays.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours for fully verified (KYC-complete) accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of 08:00–22:00 WIB may be processed the following business day. hk77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 10.000.000, which may extend processing time by up to 24 hours.

All bets are subject to acceptance by hk77. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. hk77 reserves the right to refuse or restrict bets at its sole discretion, including on specific markets, outcomes, or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
Where a bet has been accepted due to an obvious error in the odds — including but not limited to a pricing error, data feed failure, or system malfunction — hk77 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the staked amount to the Player's Account.
